Big Dick's Steak Fajitas With Kiwi Salsa
This zingy, sweet-and-sour dressing cuts through the richness of the spiced beef. Jam-Packed of flavour and freshness! Enough to feed 2 Humans.

Ingredients
2 kiwis, peeled and finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely sliced
2tbsp chopped coriander
1 shallot, finely chopped
Juice 1 lime
2 Decent Sized Sirloin Steaks (Avg 230g Each)
2tbsp Big Dick's Original Dick's Dust (More the Better)
1tbsp rapeseed oil
1 Little Gem lettuce, shredded
1 small avocado, peeled, destoned and sliced
3 radishes, sliced
4 corn tortillas
Big Dick's Original Hot Sauce
Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions
1. Mix together the kiwis, green chilli, coriander, shallot and lime juice in a bowl to create the salsa. Set aside to let the flavours combine and develop.
2. Season the steaks with salt and leave to rest. After 5 minutes, cut the steaks into 2cm strips. Toss the steak in the Dick's Dust seasoning. Set aside for 5 mins to marinate, stir again and set aside for 5 mins more. Heat the oil in a large nonstick frying pan over a high setting. "Stir-fry" the beef for 5-7 mins until cooked through.
3. Divide the lettuce, avocado and radishes between the tortillas.
4. Divide the beef between the tortillas, top with the salsa and drizzle with the big bad boy Original sauce! Serve with the lime wedges to squeeze over your wraps. Dinner Done.
